How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. You can purchase via our online store by clicking on the product of your choice, adding it to your basket and selecting checkout. Otherwise, you can contact us via email and one of our customer service advisor will contact you.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is £50.00. Deliveries inside the M25 are charged at £35.00 depending on post code. For deliveries to the rest of the UK please call us.
How long will my delivery take?
If your order is placed before 3pm, we can process the order on the same day. If after 3pm, the order will be processed the following day. Orders are delivered on Wednesday's of each week.
How can I open an account?
Please send us an email to sales@promegauk.com, we will contact you to open an account and our team will do some credit checks to open a credit account.
What if there is a problem with an order?
Please drop us an email to sales@promegauk.com, please add on subject as reference Your order Number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Are my personal details safe?
Protection of your personal details is very important to us. Please refer to our Data Protection disclaimer on our Contact us page.
What happens if I’m not available to receive my delivery? (For deliveries via courier.)
Please ensure we are given instructions if there is somewhere specific the delivery can be place – for example, with a neighbour. It’s best to call us at least a day before your delivery is due and we can make suitable arrangements.
As the courier is delivering fresh food, unless instructed, we always ask them to leave the parcel in a safe place rather than return to the depot. Otherwise charges will incur even if the produce is returned to our warehouse.
